A banner at the foot of the page asks whether we may use analytics. Until you answer it, nothing is loaded: no Google script, no Meta script, no advertising cookie. Choosing “No, thank you” loads nothing at all, and the rest of the page behaves exactly as it did.

If you do agree, two tools are used: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. Between them they record which pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, what sort of device and browser you used, and which of the WhatsApp buttons you pressed. They set their own cookies and send that information to Google and to Meta, who handle it under their own terms.

We use it for one thing: to see which parts of this page are read and which are skipped, so the page can be made clearer. It isn’t used to work out who you are, and it isn’t sold to anybody.

Your answer is remembered in your own browser, under the name nh-consent, so you aren’t asked again on every visit. Clear this site’s storage in your browser and the banner comes back, unanswered.

Every button on this site opens WhatsApp with a message already typed for you. Pressing the button sends nothing. The message waits in WhatsApp until you choose to send it, and you’re free to rewrite it or delete it first.

When you do send it, we see what any WhatsApp contact sees: your phone number, your WhatsApp display name, your photograph if you have one, and whatever you write.

We keep those conversations, because we need them: to arrange your free fifteen minutes, to remember what you asked for, and to answer you later without making you explain yourself twice. They’re read by the people who run the school. What your teacher needs in order to teach you is passed to your teacher, and nothing is passed to anybody else.

WhatsApp is Meta’s service, and your message travels through it under Meta’s own terms. Ask us to delete our copy of a conversation and we’ll delete it. The copy on your own phone is yours to remove.

There is no account to create, no newsletter, no form to fill in and no payment taken on this website. Nothing is stored in your browser before you’ve agreed to it, apart from the record of the answer you gave.

If you go on to become a student there is more to say, about lesson records and about how a payment is handled. That belongs in the terms you are given before you pay for anything, and not in a guess made here.

WhatsApp is the quickest route, and the one we watch. Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do it.
